2. DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR A REPAIR ESTIMATE?
You'll save time with a scheduled appointment. We try to accommodate
walk-in customers between our scheduled appointments.
3. DO YOU CHARGE FOR REPAIR ESTIMATES?
There is no charge for the estimate.
4. DO YOU HAVE LOANER CARS? HOW MUCH DOES A RENTAL CAR COST PER DAY?
We will participate in helping you arrange alternative
transportation during the time your vehicle is in the Repair Center.
If you have "rental reimbursement" on your insurance policy, your car
insurance may actually cover a portion or all of the costs associated
with a rental vehicle during the repair of your personal vehicle.
Specific rental car prices depend on the type of car chosen and
availability. We can give you the phone number of the rental car company
that our Repair Center uses if you have specific questions on renting a
car.
5. MY CAR IS NOT DRIVEABLE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Let us know when you call. We can send a tow truck to transport your
vehicle to our repair facility.
6. CAN YOU GIVE ME A REPAIR ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE?
It is very difficult to give you an accurate price repair
estimate without seeing the vehicle because of the many variables
involved in the repair process. No two accidents are the same. |
